ERROR MESSAGES
The vast majority of transactions are successfully processed in less than a minute. Occasionally an error message may be generated as follows;
W331 Declined
This message means that your bank has declined the transaction. The bank does not tell our credit card processor why the transaction has been declined, but it is normally because some card details have been entered incorrectly. For example:
In this instance please carefully check that you entered the correct information. If the problem persists please contact your card issuing bank to ask why they declined. In the meantime you can try another card. You can also pay by bank transfer please contact us info@careerpath.co.uk (payments by bank transfer are in 1 whole payment but you may deduct a 3% discount).
"The currency or amount is not recognised"
Our system is designed to be compatible with as many operating systems and browsers as possible. Occasionally settings may not be compatible. This sometimes happens if the Java Script on our system is not recognized on the computer used to process the transaction. In this instance you may:

You will find above that payments for International resume mailings of 1000 and above (US resume mailings 3000+) are made in 2 payments. You will receive the target list of company/headhunter names before making the final stage payment(s), usually within 7 days. All targeted resume mailings include the preparation of a cover letter. Once the initial target company list deletions are received the final stage payment(s) are due and are non-refundable. Thereafter we print and dispatch the mailings. Mailings must be dispatched within 1 monthsof ordering, thereafter no carry forward is allowed. Once search parameters are agreed and lists delivered no major alterations to the search parameters are possible. Resume/cover letter formatting may change slightly due to paper sizes, operating systems etc. Content is agreed before mailing.
The resume makeover service is only available when ordered together with a targeted mailing.
Once you place your order we immediately commence a lengthy customized research process. For clients ordering our resume preparation service you will receive confidential resume information. Once these stages have been reached no refund is allowed. Where the resume service is ordered it must be finalized within 6 months. Thereafter no carry forward or refund is allowed.
Refunds are allowed during a 7 day "cooling off' period following the initial transaction providing no material has been delivered and agreed. Thereafter no refund is possible due to the highly customized nature of the service provided. Discounted or "sale" services are not eligible for refund. Refunds may be subject to credit card transaction fees on both the original and the refund transaction. We also reserve the right to deduct a charge for any part work done and delivered during the cooling off period such as cover letter preparation or resume editing up to a maximum of 25% of the original transaction sum. Where sample resumes from past clients have already been delivered a similar charge will also be levied.
Once the initial target mailing list has been delivered and any initial deletions have been returned stage 2 payment becomes due and no refunds are possible.
